On 20/4, l( Singapore Post (ref RC632570226SG) airmail registered my black Alcatel 585DX-2ABFSG1,S/N:NE31FLBV069MU addressed to Cellcom, M51,M Blk Mkt,Greater Kailashi, Near Police Booth, Above Nescafe, De
lhi 11048,after phone call 19/4,1917hrs: , Kush Aggarwal reply, agreed to my request for Opera Mini browser reinstallation due to its loss after hard reset because program freezes. He acknowledged received phone on 03/5.However till today, after 4 email request for progress of software reinstatement on 10/5,19/5,27/5,28/5,3 phone calls to 91--11-33725376/66727541 on 3/5,22/5,29/5 the reply was still checking. Just now1957hrs,I phone him , he ask me to call him at his handphone( 91-9999897777given in 03/5 email -fake,l useJustdial given shop's number to call him.)l say already 1 mth, why not ok,? 1 guy beside him say:"This guy is very troublesome" - that's made me very angry-he say not ready yet,l retort that his hand phone number can't work,why bother when l call his shop no every time & we are now hearing each other clearly.They mutter outside the phone for 3 minutes but never answer me .So l hang up, wrote a knee-jerk email telling him to repair or return, not steal my phone, or else l will report theft .Funny I choose him because his shop is beside the police booth!?
Please help me Sir ,l am a Singaporean , my seller Brighstar Corporation refused to service after 1year warranty,their reason: all new customers buy new models. So l check Google and found through Justdial website that many India merchants still selling this phone, l call Kush,19/4-1917 hrs, and he ask me to mail phone to him.
Please help me, Sir. His pretentious email:kushcell@yahoo.co.in.
