Complaint Details
I have bought 3 year AMC with eureka forbes for my water purifier. I launch a request for servicing(request id 84574245) as the inova unit is not working.no body turn up for 4 working days and euro care guys but no body helped..I failed cheated as I can't do anything but to call them and repeat my request for which they have same rote response that "they will escalate the matter". please help me taking some strong action against them so that consumer trust is established in CFBP
