I purchased Atom RO purifier on 10 Nov 2011 vide invoice no-4210104356 and customer id no-1007559857.This product has become problem for me since I purchased it.It started malfunctioning from 01 Dec 2010 onwards and again on 24 & 25 Dec and now it is U/s since 25 Mar 2011.company service rep visited 2 days later after our complain and has no solutions,He gave Ph no of above mentioned company executive but despite repeated calls he never attended my call.Till today the product is U/S and none of Your responsible rep has turned out so far.Did I purchased this product to create trouble for me.Why company despite receiving proper payment not taking this product back once it is defective.If the warranty period expires than I have to keep paying money for this product every month.I purchased this product for the health of my family but despite paying money I am compelled to suffer for none of my fault.I am most unsatisfied with the product and the company representatives behaviour.
