Inspite of signing an AMC contract every year since 2005, some of the services are totally ignored. Complaints are addressed about a week later. My water purifier has been giving me since 01/04/2010 of problems and despite calling the service center and taking down my service complaint ( JC- 18 ) on 03/04/2010 and promised the service on 04/04/2010 by 6:00 pm. no one turns up. The technician concerned doesnt answer his phone. This has happened many times in the past too and I am left buying water for my children for the last week !!! Please help with this terrible service providers.
