My father Mr raminder pal singh had booked flight tickets from the above said travelers. Details of flight are in attachments. On 08 june my father suffered a paralytic attack and underwent a surgery at fortis hospital, Ludhiana. The following day I after confirming from British airways telephone helpline took up the case of extreme compassionate grounds in which a passenger who has suffered a medical condition after getting the tickets done to be reimbursed the amount of the ticket. Although during the time of booking we booked non-refundable tickets but on such extreme casses wherein a passenger is willing to travel but is dissallowed to do so due to his medical condition that prevailed after getting the tickets ddone, which was unforseen eventuallity. Even the help desk of British airways also accepted this fact and stated to take up the case and send the mail via travel agent as earlier tickets were done by them only.
Sir I would like to tell you that I have sent email to prince overseas on 8 june, but sadly they have not bothered to read the email properly email as known by the telephonic conversation with them on 10 June at 2200 hrs.
Sir the only aim of the travel agent seems to delay the process so as the passenger's case does not get approved in time.
Sir such lackadaisical attitude of this company must be brought to justice as the owner has been wrongly telling us that they have sent the queries although by that time they had not done any thing.
Only after giving them a warning about consumer board they cared to do something.
Sir the tickets can only be reimbursed with their help which they have denied to do so.
