Hello sir, my complaint is regarding an e-commerce site namely, www.delhibrands.com which is operating under a company namely, db traders pvt. ltd., NH-2E-34-NIT, Faridabad,Haryana-121001. I bought a Casio Edifice Chronograph Watch having model no. EF-558SG-1AVDF worth Rs 3187/- because there was a declaration on the page that "This is a 100% Genuine Watch" but on comparing the watch with the same model watch from Authorized Casio retailers i found so many differences in the components and also the quality. This clearly shows that this website is misleading customers by making false declaration and selling counterfeit products. Further, the e-commerce site is having a Return Policy where a return request has to be placed within 7 days from the date of order through email or phone. I had placed my order on 18th May, 2015 and placed the return request on 22nd May, 2015 through email but i no one cared to entertain my request then i again emailed them on 28th May,2015 and still there is no communication in any manner from the website officials so far. Finally, i bought another Casio Edifice Watch having Model No.EFR-539BK-1AVUDF from an Authorized Casio Retailer worth Rs 8800/- on 7th June,2015. Now its a clear case of Fraud and negligence by the delhibrands.com and i request for the refund of my full amount along with the compensation for the harassment and mental agony inflicted by the e-store.
