Air Condition gas recharge, Big scam ? In India ? To openly loot Customers First with Hefty Cost of Defective Products .

There After Rob Indian Customers with massive amount of Subsequent Repairs & Maintenance For the Same Defective( Deliberately produced & Sold) products in subsequent years to earn hefty & unlawful revenue on regular basis for Corporate as well as distributors. Agents etc.

THE COMPANIES (CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY) RULES, 2014 (“CSR Rules”) AND SCHEDULE VII OF THE COMPANIES ACT IS ALSO VIOLATED BY SAMSUNG INDIA .

I request the Competition Commission of India And other Vigilance Authorities to please investigate the serious Fraud & Cheating case by SAMSUNG India at least for Public Interest . According to my opinion this is very Systematic and Planned manner fraud by Samsung India with Public at large since many years in India.
The Samsung India and their executives , Dealers are Resorting to same ………and similar Unfair Trade Practice to almost all customers frequently.

It is litigation introduced in a court of law, not by the aggrieved party but by the court itself or by any other private party. It is not necessary, for the exercise of the court’s jurisdiction, that the person who is the victim of the violation of his or her right should personally approach the court. Public interest litigation is the power given to the public by courts through judicial activism..

I purchased the SAMSUNG A/C 1 ton split- on the 23rd May , 2012 for Rs 21,800/- From Jain Electronics ; Borivali(West) and faced immediate from the Very First Day ( ie 23-05-2012) frequent problems with the Unit like water leakage, condenser charging, hot air blowing etc..And that problem had Continued as a Regular Feature for Almost 14 Months ( Exactly the time Period of warranty ) . I also talked with Dealer Jain Electronics expressing my serious Concern of Inherent Manufacturing Defects with the Product purchased but he assured me any how that he would rectify all and any deficiency ; And he also told me there is no manufacturing defects at all . Samsung Split AC frequent gas leak problem is deliberately ignored by Corporate and its distributors , agents since last more than 5 Years. For information please click at following weblinks .

Even recently also A/C is not performing well and i experienced only hot air blowing inside the room. When I called up on the technical guys they came and reported that there was a GAS LEAKAGE Again and they informed me that It would cost me Rs 8000/- minimum to get the said Air-Condition in working condition.

They also mentioned that they would charge Rs 8000/- for filling gas and checking the leakage(by welding the copper coils)....if the leakage is on the Aluminum coil( 4 star & 5 star units utilizes Aluminum coil for less power consumption) then they have to replace the entire Al coil .

Why should I pay out Rs 8,000/- which is precisely more than 33 % of The Cost of the Air-Condition Product ( Rs 21,800/- ) I Bought before 3 Years. This is simply deliberate conspiracy to cheat Customers every years with mounting Frivolous & Bogus cost of Repairs required to defective products with Manufacturing Defects . This is possible in India …………?
