Complaint Details
I was lied that the product water filter aquaguard DR Magna has ISI/BIS mark. When the product arrived I saw it wasnt there since then I am trying to return my product as I paid 17490/- for it but no success one of their sales person even used threat and abusive language unfortunately i cant identify the person. However it was an online purchase and I am within my rights to return the product but so far only oral assurances from the company no concrete action and my money is not being given back. I had even mentioned on the delivery note that there is no ISI mark.
