My St. Angelo's Complaint

took admission at St. Angelo's, Kandivali west for learning Corel draw on 5th June , 2015 on which I paid Rs. 1000 as token money against total fee Rs 3420 to Priyanka, the coordinator there. On this day I informed her that I am changing my job and my new job will start on 22nd June , so I want to learn as much as I can before that to which she readily agreed. My first class was held on 8 June for only 15 mins from 7:30 to 7:45 pm whereas the scheduled class was between 7-8pm and on this I was informed that the faculty will be on leave from Thursday, 11 June for 1 week and that they will arrange morning classes for me with another faculty from 8:30am to 9:30am. On this day I paid the remaining amount Rs.2420. My second class was on 10 June from 7:15pm to 7:45pm against the scheduled class of 7-8pm. On this day also I was assured that my classes will be taken in the morning between 8:30 to 9:30am as my current office start from 10am. And all this was said by Priyanka. Now when I call them for my class schedule she says that your class will be continued once the faculty comes back or else take class from 9:30 to 10:30 which is not possible for me. When I told Priyanka about what she had told me earlier she started shouting at me and told me to adjust with the timings and that they cannot take efforts for such a small course. Then I asked her to send an official mail regarding the change in timing but she refused and started shouting at me again. Then I asked for refund, and again she started shouting and calling me stubborn and other words. Pls resolve my issue. I want my classes taken as scheduled before 22nd June or else I want my refund.
