Complaint Details
I submitted my micromax tablet P560/SERMOB0815/911304900186697 at govindpuri service center on 2 june 2014 as it was not switching on. Even after going there repeatedly in 4 months , I didnt get it back and on 2 sept 2014 i was promised to get a new tablet on my address( which was noted down) after 1 week.But when i didnt receive it , i inquired and got to know that the service center is closed.

Now It has been almost a year after submitting my tablet to service center. But i have not received any replacement.
