Sir, we approached the said company on april 2015,through portal indiamart for making sanitary napkin in our brand name 3G, both agree,quantity 70kg.value Rs52000.As per there email product detail send.i.e 1. sanitary napkin 240mm: 1.40*8pcs=11.20p
poc.costing=0.80 packing chrge=.30
total= Rs 12.30
Total Amt.=12.30*2000pcs=
Total Amt.=24600
2.sanitary napkin 274mm.
1.80*8pcs=12.60
poc.costing=0.85
pocketcharge=.30
total= Rs13.70
Total Amount=
13.70*2000pcs=
27400.
GRAND TOTAL= Rs52000 to paid.
This was final.
After reciving image of sanitary napkin 3G.the company insist through miss monika sharma, to deposit the amount to prepare product,we deposited Rs30,000 through RTGS J&K Bank dated:08-04-15 . & rest on condition after recieving sample. After recieving amount the company neither contact us nor pick our phone till we approched Indiamart, after a gap of two months. But,till date we did not recieve sample of the product. Now company by saying we made blocks for Rs 27000.which was not our commintment as per above product detail they send & was made commintment.now we request ur goodself plz.inform the company director Mr.Subtakar,send the goods as per commintment or return Amount ,that will be ur most kindness.
