Referring to my transaction id (767358307) and ticket id (482302), my transaction was failed on 2nd June 2015. Till date, i.e 16th June 2015, I have received 3 sms and 3 mails from bookmyshow in the gap of 2-3 days,telling me that my payment will be refunded in 4-5 days. Everytime I ask, they will come up with only 1 response,"The payment has processed and it will reflect in your account in 4-5 days." Consumer is being cheated here and a very strict action needs to be taken against bookmyshow.
