I had renewed my Aquaguard Service on March 19, 2011 by making a chq pmt of INR1950 by cheque no 414566 dated March 19, 2011. The cheque has cleared, haven't heard from the service center even once. Have written mails to Eureka Forbes but haven't receive a response from them either. This is the second I am facing the same problem...they just collect the payment & then never show up. There service boy mentions on the job card that house was locked which is not possible as my mom is housewife & whenever I have checked at the security about the entry there is none. Also, they just visit any time they wish witout taking prior appointment & then expect us to be available. Haven't heard from Eureka Forbes Ombudsman team as well. Have tried my level best directly deal with the company but they are simply not contactable....the amount time & energy I have invested in escalating the matter with them have resulted no outcome...they are a highly disorganised, non customer centric organisation I have ever seen....Please look into the matter. I need compensation from them for all the agony I have gone through in the last 1 year since when I have following up with them to send the service boy for the service for which I paid in March 2009. I am not OK with their apolgy as they actually not apogetic...they expect us to remind them that the service is due for which we have paid. According to them since I have it's my responsibility that I should remember & remind them about the due service.
