Rispected sir,

I Kishor Shamdhuwani R/o Khamla Nagpur (MH),Ordered a LG LSA5NP5A 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC from flipcart by using E-Vouchers amounting Rs. 33990/- ,But due to variations in market rate i cancel the order,and order Auses moblies against that cancelled money of Rs.19998/- still i have remaining balance of Rs. 13992 in my Filp cart Wallet,But without any information FlipCart mis used All the amount of Rs. 13992 from my wallet...I am complaining Same from Last 45 days or more i.e Marchs 8 on wards, On my various Complaints Flip Cart Complaint team Is Showing Negligence On there side and trying to miss Guide me, this Clearly Shows taht flicp cart and its team is acting Fraudulently and Want to Miss use my money i.e Rs.13992
Hence It is a kind request to you that Provide me The proper Guidance and A Procedure to resolve my problem ...Hope You will do the Needful...
