Complaint Details
With all my savings I had invested in a flat in a residential project (Amrapali Hanging Garden, Sector-107) in Noida, UP upon my transfer to Delhi. I had paid about 9.35 lakhs of rupees in the year 2012 for a 2 BR flat (Flat no L-1203) which costs about 47 lakhs.
The project have been declared scrap by the builder in 2013.Once I received the information, I approached Builder, Amrapali for refund the said amount through various mails, telephonic calls and reminders. However, Amrapali have been reluctant to respond to the request.
Each time I approached/ requested Amrapali, for the refund of the amount paid by me, it seems to have fallen on deaf ears as no positive response has been received till date.
Now, I have undergone a lot of extreme financial stress and mental agony because of this and feeling helpless.
