sir,

I have booked flight on 16th may via makemytrip.com (online portal)
but due to some technical issue ticket was unconfirmed and amount debited in my icici bank account.aftr tht i contacted with make my trip and they assure me tht my booking not confirmed and 22662 rs will be credit in my saving account within 72 hours aftr the when amount not came in my account then i have contacted makemytrip so many times in one month and did so many mails and calls but still my money not refunded.and as per their requirement i have sent my bank statement also.
my reference id is 150516-003842
and my booking id is NF2201752732818 with make my trip.
