I have purchased two Panasonic Split AC's in September 2011. Both the AC's outdoor units have rusted completely. Please see the following literature as advertised by Panasonic India "Panasonic Econ Ivory CS-UC18MKYP Split AC is loaded by powerful condenser that makes it extravagant. The high performance blue fin condenser gives durable life to the air conditioner up to three times long. The condenser is layered by the anti rust coating that protects the AC from getting rusty, dusty and other corrosive effects. With this special coating, it increases the efficiency of your Panasonic Econ Ivory CS-UC18MKYP Split AC. With all these features, it pays of its economic cost and make itself as a worth to buy product"

After more than two weeks one Mr. Mehra from the Delhi Head Office spoke to me and says that they cannot repair my ACs free of cost and that I shall have to pay upwards of 16000/- per AC. Please see attached images
