I've raised so many service requests to fix my newly bought (Nov'2014) Magna water purifier. The issue is not fixed. Even the technicians are the worst they dont know how it works but they are asking for money everytime. Initially, they compelled us to buy stand and now they asked us to buy outside filter. I am not sure if we have the outside filter for purifying the water. WHY THE HELL I SHOULD BOUGHT AQUAGUARD PURIFIER.

The customer care is worst. They didn't even bother about the Service requests follow-up calls & Customer Satisfaction. I am asking Aquaguard, if you are not able to provide support for the product you are releasing then why you want to be there in the market. Everytime, Technicians are calling someone to the regional office and blindly handle the purifier components (even breaking exteriors and plastics) based on what he is guiding through phone. While the purifier is running, there is a blue light blinking that the water is purified through RO + UV. Now it shows only green after he said he fixed. When we asked for that, he said thats ok...My Dad is a heart patient. Think about the health of everyone using water which is essential in day-to-day life.

I AM BUYING WATERCANS FROM THE NEARBY SHOPS FOR THE LAST THREE DAYS because of this issue. I spent almost 20000rs for PURIFIER, STAND and now they are just asking for us to set External FILTER which costs about 1000 rs.We called so many persons, even the guy who gave us a demo on buying but nothing works.

I SINCERELY REQUEST AQUAGUARD TO CHECK THIS ISSUE and also warning you that YOUR BRAND NAME WILL GO DOWN OR MAY BE BECOME WORST AMONG THE PEOPLE BECAUSE OF YOUR IN-EXPERIENCED DEALERS & TECHNICIANS Who always looking for money rather than People's health.......
