on 9th august 2014 i purchased a laptop of dell....its touch pad stops working after one day of purchase .....i tried to call dell customer care...but all their nos. were so busy that on 11th day they recieved my call...they ask me for troubleshooting on phone ....i did it... but the problem remain unresolved ...then they send me link of drivers on mail id..i update touchpad driver but again there was no improvement... then they start ignoring this problem.....then after one month colour of laptop also starts fading...dell says the company is not responsible for that....it was just one month....then graphic card stops working .....then laptop stops supporting window.....sir right from the beginning there is some fault in the laptop and the company is listening....sir i m a medical student ..i donot have time for court hearings and money for affording lawyers and private complain resolving companies.....so i request u to seek into the matter as early as possible before the warranty period of laptop is over...i.e.9th august 2015.....sir as u know the problem in the laptop is right from first day and laptop is also having permanent technical defects....so either i want my cash back i.e 44,500INR or a laptop of same price value in today's date with one year warranty of hardware and windows by Dell Pvt Ltd.......thankyou
