Couple of years ago, huge amt.was collected by Mgt.Committee for painting 3 bldgs.of vijay enclave,GB Rd.,Thane(W).Mg.Committees have changed. No painting has been done. Funds disappeared. Can some authority help to investigate the issue,pl?.Further, no action is taken to solve leakage problems in flat/s in bldg.-1 of vijay enclave,although huge amt.is collected for maintenance month after month for years.
