Complaint Details
i had booked a flat with Supertech in their project Basera in Sec-79 Gurgaon through Investors Clinic for which i had issued a DD of INR 100000 on 07-06-2014 I had requested a cancellation for the same which was obliged by Investors Clinic by issuing me a NOC on 01 Oct 2014 since then i have been following up with them and i am not getting any response from either of them I have by now completely lost hope Supertech employees are all shameless people they have harassed me a lot I sincerely hope that you guys can help me out in recovering the amount along with the due compensation if any.
