Terms and conditions in policy are totally different than what was discussed by HDFC representative before signing the documents. Representative had denied imposition of any kind of administrative and other charges, which has been shown in the document sent by HDFC later, during discussion although I had shown my apprehension for the same. As per him only around 1.6% of the total investment is charged by the company. This type of business practice on the part of HDFC people is very unfair. HDFC representative gave the missed call of confirmation of the policy himself through my mobile without my cosent. Request for the intervention and get the policy cancelled and get back me my whole investment. My Application Number: 1100000163359
