On 22nd May 2015, my phone Canvas 2 colors was having some touch screen problem for which i took it to nearest service center M/s CSD INCEPTION, Kolkata. They took the phone and assured repairing within 4-5 days. After 4 days when i called them i was told that the phone has been sent to Delhi for some High Level repairing and wud take around 15 days. Since then i hv been calling M/s CSD INCEPTION as well as Micromax Care Delhi bt every time i am told that i wud get the phone in next 15 days. Its almost a month now bt m still due to receive my phone.
The worst part is that they didnt even provided me a standby phone.
I am still in dark to know actual status of my phone and when m i going to get it. Please look into the matter.
