Complaint Details
I purchased eureka Forbes aquaguard RO+UV on Feb'15. It is leaking from the bottom and sensor is not working since 16th June. I requested service on 17th @ 8am.complaint no-82029194. They ensure service within 24hrs.even after several calls none came for service. I waited for 2days. Finally they came on 19th while I was leaving for work. And the problem is not solved yet. I lost my work for 2days with loss of pay and severe mental agony. I need my money back with compensation.
