Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Saugat Pandey and I am 15 years old.I would like draw your kind attention towards the bad attitude of sellers.I had ordered a flip cover from Amazon's seller(itzon).On 10 June 2015 I received my product.When I adjusted my tablet on flip cover it did not get adjusted properly.So I contacted Amazon customer Care on that day immediately and they told me that You don't have to worry.Seller will refund your money.AFTER 2 days I got a message from seller(itzon)that we would not accept your product.They also emailed me that they only wanted a unopened package.Then I replied them How can I send them unopened package.No one can tell the product is good or not without opening the package.Then they did not say anything.So,I called Amazon and told them about this,they said that you should claim a file against the seller(itzon).So I filled a claim and they(Amazon) said that our A-Z Guarantee Team will talk to seller and would resolve this issue.Then I took a relief.After 2 Days, I received a message from Amazon that this file has been closed and the seller wants package only in unopened condition.Then I talked to Amazon about this and they said that you should again file a claim.But there was not option to file a claim again.So then I contacted Amazon A-Z Team and they said you talk to seller and resolve this issue an they also said that we will also try our best.At last I want to say that Please do regarding this problem and I want my money back.I am from a Middle class family and my father works very hard to provide me best facilities.He told me that you should buy flip cover from a shop as he never believes in Online Shopping.Then I told him Online Shopping is 100% safe and secure.So when he got to know about this issue he told me that do anything and get Refund.Then I think about the Consumer Council as I read about this in my Class X.I hope you will take some strict action against the seller(itzon).
