i bought a htc phone (desire 616 dual sim) on 13 july 2014,with in few months it started giving trouble and was not charging, i submitted it in the service center of kamla nagar, new delhi as it was under warranty and they took more than a month to return it and they didnt even return my old set rather a new set was provided. moreover, the customer care executives were very rude. i was fooled around for more than a month. recently on 8 of june 2015 i again submitted the battery of my device in the same service center as it got swollen and it was under warranty,its been more than two weeks and i am still not being told the confirmed date to collect my device and the customer care executive dont answer my calls. i have been troubled like anything.i have all the necessary proofs against this brand.even my warranty was not enhanced since i was not able to use my device for more than a month.
