I have purchasehave mobile phone Nuclear SX MODEL from TVC Sky shop on 23 Feb 2014 from TVC Sky shop vide above order no. One year warranty was given at time of purchase. After purchase of 8 months. There were two main problems in the phone
1. Lot of lines on the screens of mob phone.
2. Bty of the phone was not working properly.

I spoken to customer care of the company in this regard. They asked me to send the phone to their ware house for repair and the same will be returned to me duly repaired within 3-4 weeks.
I sent the phone to then on 11 Feb 2015 through Speed post which was delivered to them on 16 Feb 2015.
Till then I have made lot of calls and send 15 reminders to them through email to know the status of my phone.
I have also requested to them to refund my money but they neither giving any positive response nor refunding my money.

More than four months period have lapsed but no response has been received from them.

At this juncture I want refund of my money of rs 15000/-.
Kindly arrange to refund my money and suitable penality be also imposed on the coy for the harrasment caused to cusypmer.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest
