Complaint Details
The Tata Sky removed the channel DD-Bharati. When iI called the help line they did not tell me that it is shifted to their ACTIVE channels. Instead she sent a technician to test my system. He did not find any thing wrong. When I called their help line again after 15 minutes of waiting I was told it is shifted to ACTIVE channel. I was charged for the service which I think is unfair. When I called again to reverse the charge I was given a complaint number 1-406386072430 and told a senio executive will call me. Few days later I got an SMS on my mobile that they would not reverse the charge. There is no way you can talk to a senior executive without spendig 15 minutes on their help line and there is no way to send them a written complaint. I want them to reverse the charge, restore the DD Bharati as a regular channel compensate me for the time one hour that I spent on trying to talk to them and also provide for an e-mail mechanism to file complaints.
