Complaint Details
I subscribed for ICICI Bank credit card in Feb 2015 and received the same in the month of March 2015 (Card no 5239-5127-3400-5008). During the month of May 2015, I paid the dues for the month April on 2nd of May 2015 in one of the ICICI bank branch in Bangalore (Rajajinagar Branch)for which there was a charge of INR 112/- debited. Inspite of numerous followups and calls to reverse the charge which they should not be debiting, ICICI bank has not reversed the charges yet
