Jet Airways has damaged my checked in bag on the flight 9W-834 on 10th June, 2015.
As per the procedure, upon landing in Bangalore on evening of 10/06/2015, I have contacted the Jet Airways representative at the counter and lodged the complaint.
My bag has been damaged, broken, made wet and torn. The same has also been recorded in my complaint form.
By the concerned person on duty, I was informed that Jet Airways would contact me on the next day to look into the matter and address the same.
However, despite repeated follow ups, till date i.e. on 24th June, 2015, person from Jet Airways have only been giving me false promises and false responses.
It appears, that Jet Airways are simply taking me for a ride. Today, I was contacted at 6:55 AM by an outsourced (pick-up / drop) messenger, who inturn was appointed by the so called vendor of Jet Airways.
In this regard, apart from the harrassment caused by damage to my personal belongings, Jet Airways have now resorted to harrassing me by calling me at odd hours, by unsolicited people.
In this regard, I request the intervention for advising Jet Airways to replace my bag alongwith compensation of Rs.25,000 towards the harrassment caused till date. In addition, I would want to claim for the dry cleaning of all the content from the bag, costs associated with the same and penalty to Jet Airways for the same.
