Complaint Details
I had purchased a O General 01 ton split AC on 01-Oct-2014, from M/s BE COOL.
On01/06/2015 I had lodged a complaint reg non-working AC ( Complaint No. 11506010115 )

ETA General technician had came, but left without attending the complaint, saying that another technician will come to attend the complaint.

On 4th june I got a sms as " Your Complaint No. MUM11506010115 is cancelled. If not satisfied, pls call 1860-208-1007 ".

ETA general cancelled my complaint arbitrarily, without giving any valid reason. In short ETA General is refusing me the service in Warranty period.
My e-mail to ETA General on 05/06/2015, is still un-answered.
