I have registered the following complaints with Videocon D2H (Customer Id 87803814)for non receipt of audio on select channels:-

Complaint No. 307901155 on 21 Jun 15.
Complaint No. 33836525 on 22 Jun 15.
Complaint No. 308348449 on 23 Jun 15.
Complaint No. 308447037 on 24 Jun 15.

I have spoken to many customer service agents and to three supervisors namely Usma, Venkatesh and Aruna, however the problem is still not resolved. I had also spoken to Kalyan, local office representative at Bengaluru, but still the matter is not resolved.
