I ordered a OEM Quality Hyundai I-20 Keypad from Amazon.in order no. 402-4870631-6653965 dated 8th May 2015 selecting the option Cash on Delivery. Item never got delivered and i got no information from Amazon about the delay or any problem. When i contacted them, there was no explanation from them and they never bothered to deliver and also said that I can not claim anything since I did not pay. When Amazon accepted an order and promised a delivery, they have responsibility to deliver rather taking consumer of granted. There is no communication from Amazon explaining the situation as to why the product never delivered. I feel bit fortunate that I did not loose my money to Amazon but does not mean that they can escape their responsibility as a seller and supplier. It caused me a great inconvenience and hurt when i was expecting the product and it never reached me. Moreover contacting Amazon was even worse because they never provided any explanation, said sorry or bothered to deliver.
