I am not able to access internet since 2 days. I have registered complaint 5 time till now.

No resolution yet. Only answer I get from customer care is that they will resolve it, but it is not helping me in any way. May be I have made a mistake by choosing this pathetic ACT broadband connection. Pls help me to file a serious compliant against this issue.
