Hi:
On 24th of June I had raised a complain regarding a display issue in my HP Notebook. Registered case number 040-39351317 for verification by technical team and repair.The technical team was supposed to resolve the problem in 2 business days but instead told me to share a pic of my notebook screen. After that they straightly ruled out and accused me of causing physical damage without even visiting my home and checking laptop. They denied me the right to warranty without even checking or trouble shooting the issue in laptop.2 days of my valuable time has been wasted and study has been stalled.I want to register a complain with regards to the bad service provided and also of possible money gain involved here denying my warranty
