I am writing this for complaint about unnecessary balance deduction from my Airtel Account mobile number 9718009842,
From 16th June to 20th June , Around 120 rs were deducted from my account , I tried to call airtel customer care and surprisingly no one responded me correctly , One customer representative says that there is technical issue in their system and on other side other one says that he do not have any details about my account , and I should call after 4 hours!! Pathetic,Why should I call again and again if they do not have the details ?????
Anyhow I tried to call the appellate number and nodal office numbers , but seems like they are no longer interested to give service from there too, then why you have given those number on internet ?????
Then Finally I wrote a message to Get number ported and suddenly all their system started working fine and I got around 5-6 calls in 2 Days , and one of their representative promised me to refund me the amount in next 24 hours , Sounds Good, But around 72 hours has been passed to that called and still I didn't get any response !!
Now My concern is if these people are not interested to serve their customer and listen them , then how they are running this org.
Looking forward for getting my concern resolved .
