Dear Sir
Myself Ashis Kumar Khanrah, purchased a online policy of Hdfc life click 2 protect plus on 7 th May 2015.After one and half month they didnot complete my medical check up. First time they fixed my medical check up in a laboratoty which is 100 km from my residence.Then after lot of communication they fixed my medical check up on 14 th June NM Medical centre , Pune. On 14 th june when i reached there after 12 hrs fasting, i came to know that medical check up facility is not available on sunday on that medical centre. On same date i sent cancellation request from my mail id, but till date after a lot of communication refund not received.
