I am facing network issue from last one month. I have called customers care and register complaints. But still my issue not resolved nor aknowledged. I have ask customer care to provide escalation matrix but they ignored, so I raised another complaint about network issue and 3G service, in virar im not getting 3G signal nor calling network .
this issue is from over a month and my mobile get completely out of service area. Im unable to call or use internet. I paid all my bills time to time but im not getting proper service,
