I had placed an order for Ipad Mini 2 32GB Wifi+Cellular on Jun 18, 2015 from Flipkart
I was supposed to receive the product on Jun 26, 2015; the product was not delivered on time. The delivery was delayed.
When the product was delivered today (June 27, 2015), the condition of the Ipad made me want to sue Flipkart as they are authorized sellers of the product. I am still considering that option.
This Ipad was a gift for my husband. Here is the list of the condition of the Ipad:
1) Cracked Screen
2) Scrapped Color
3) Missing Charger
4) Missing Cable
5) No Warranty Card (obviously)
It seems this Ipad was picked up from a garbage bin, repacked and sent to me.
They are refusing to give me a Replacement, only Refund. Whereas, the product is available on their website.
