Sir, I have placed an order to shop clues.com for Microsoft Excel2010 Essentials order No.40578045 dated 7-03-2015 and paid the cost of the item along with Rs.99/- as cost of the item and Rs. 24 as shipping charges. The item not yet recived by me till to date and the version of the company is that the item sent through email. The same is notr recedived by me. Pleas take action for itds recovery
