On google search for Whirlpool Washing Machine service, the below website details (http://bangloreservicecenter.com/index.html) with the mobile no (07406964046) is displayed.

We contacted them to get our washing machine repaired, the service person visited our house and removed the defective control panel and said that it will be replaced in couple of days. They also charged INR 4250 as replacement charge with 2 years warranty support, by which the technician will visit every quarter.

The visiting technician mentioned that the replacement control panel and the receipt will be provided when he visits to replace the defective past. It has been close to 10 days, they have not replaced the part and also they are not taking the calls.

Each time a different person (Raj, Aquib, Santosh) will be answering the calls and claim the other person is not available and inform us to call later.

This complaint is registered to educate people to be careful in dealing with these fraudsters. This is a "FRAUD" company with dubious people.
