Complaint Details
I bought a micro max mobile costing 7000 two years ago and with the purchase I also paid Rs. 700 for mobile insurance which claimed to cover liquid and physical damage for 2 years period. Back cover of my phone is broken and there are other internal problems too in the phone. When I called on the contact number they provided on the slip, it says the number is switched off. I looked for details online and found that there were many complaints for the same company by many other customers. None of them seem to have their complaint addressed. It is a fake company after all. Please take action against them.
