Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring your kind notice that I am using ORTEL network for digital TV since long.My consumer ID - 212764, Bijaya Nayak. From last two months I am having some issues with TV signals as well as power coming in set up box. Which is very risky as small childrens are there at my home. I am continuously following up with your Rourkela, Koelnagar office for these issues. Registered complain for the same over phone as well as directly at office many times. They are simply giving false assurances that they would check the issue but no body showing off.
One of the recent complain I have registered is on last Saturday. Complain no is C-3565807. Till now no body has bothered to visit. Although this is my registered complaint number when I am trying to inquiry the status of my complain through their dedicated number 977-609-1111 it is telling that i have no complain registered with ORTEL. Finally today when I followed up with the customer care lady posted at Rourkela, Koelnagar branch she bluntly asking me to complain at bhubaneswar office. This is something ridiculous, I am a customer from Rourkela & I am asked to to register my complain at bhubaneswar. Such disgusting service never expected from a reputed organization like ORTEL.
Hope my complain would be heard & necessary action would be taken ASAP.
