Sir, I purchased the product from USA on 27th april'2014 from AMAZON,I was told that it covers Global Warranty,The tab started malfunctioning in early Jan'2015,I contacted local(calcutta-INDIA) Asus service center,They refused to repair it free of cost(although within warranty period),I wrote to Asus Headquarter INDIA (by email),they approved the warranty after 20/22 days ,By that time I became anxious and sent it to USA FOR repair and I received the tab(NEXUS) after 2.5 months,the same problem developed this time after 15 days use,I again contacted local service center hoping that I will get service this time ,because last time they made inordinate delay in approving warranty, I had to sent it to USA for repair.and so I will get justice this time,But ASUS_INDIA is insisting that it is a customer induced damage ,so warranty is void, I told them no scratch and nothing happens on front ,and it looks GORGOUS AND OK ,then how can it be customer induced damage.next they started telling that (over Email) 1 year warranty has exceeded.I told North America Asus has generated a RMA USX3560406 for product service,so please do it on their behalf in INDIA,Because ASUS MNC is a world wide renowned company,But,they are charging it more than $200 for changing of the motherboard,
Can You instruct to your INDIAN COUNTERPART to help me, and do it free of cost because the nature of the problem is exactly same and 90 days service warranty is also applicable here.
In India everyone starts harrasing a customer,if warranty is not applicable then why did you approve it for first time and again why you are refusing this time,because post 90 days service warranty exists in ASUS,
