Dear sir,
I am tata sky subscriber. My Subscriber Id is 1076238748 and registered mobile no is 9591998235.
I have raised signal related issues multiple times and also called call center many times in last 2 months. Starting 2nd April, today it has been more than 2 months since I am facing issues with most of the channels time and again.
It has been extremely bad experience with tata sky customer care also. When I call the call center they promise to send executive next day and no one comes unless I call many time.
The no signal issue was resolved in May but after that I have started getting frequent signal breaks mostly during evening. Sometime there will be no way to watch the channels for almost an hour. I told this to the technician who visited on 7th June and he did not do anything and kept insisting there is no issue. I have made recording of the channel disturbance which showed to technician at the time of visit. The issue is coming mostly because of dish not being setup properly as the signal keep fluctuating in the evening. I have checked it using signal test and constant jump in signal causes the channel to go off constantly. I have tried more from my side but the tata sky technicians have no interest to solve the issue and most of the time do not visit.
Look forward to help from your end to get some resolution to the issue.
Since I have paid for full year, it would be great if you can help me get back my subscription fee if tata sky cannot resolve this issue.
