I had first submitted my Lenovo K900 for multiple issues in December. I received the phone back in 2 weeks but the phone conked off again. The chipset had gone this time. Considering all the issues which I had faced over the period of time I requested a replacement. After over a month of deliberation Lenovo agreed for a replacement and I submitted the headfone, box and charger in February. It has been 5 months since then and I still havent recieved the replacement. Amit Prasad who is the SDM promised me a new phone but I still have no clue if i am ever getting my phone back. Please register my plea and expedite and do everything necessary to get my phone back. have attached all the email communications.
