i registered for airtel DTH Service in virar west on 25th may (date is imp as all messed they have done is the date) for some 1 year plan – offer for all channels for a package of rs 7000/- .i had to follow -up with the customer service for 6 hrs as the engineer informed before leaving that within one hour the service will be up ……but the service took 6hr i had to follow- up with the customer service and they kept my call tossing between the dealer and them …….the agent even said pls don’t call us call your dealer ….the engineer did not give any brief just installed and left he is not contactable till date ……and since then i am still following with no response as they have registered my service for 18th may and that is when my package has started as informed by them 8 days earlier where i have received on 25th a SMS from them for payment done and service update…..i am calling the customer service since then and informing them that i have the welcome message of installation that the service was up on 25th 11pm in the nite i wasted that whole evg following up wasting my calls money now that i have paid them the whole year money they are taking customer for granted …..what a waste ……. can’t they just check in the system that when did the service start …..they are saying this info is given by the engineer….in today’s advance world they are given me such stupid answers i have all messages and response from them i have also recorded their calls ……my last option is to just launch a complaint…..it’s being more than a month following now how frustrating
