i joined gniit course offered by NIIT in AUGUST 2013 with the idea that the course would be finished within two years even before me completing my college as this course is of two years and offering third year as a internship and i would be ready to do the job because by that time i would have finished my college and this course as well . But it has been almost two years and they have not even finished course of the first year because they do not have the facility have of the time . now i am NIIT BANDRA , WEST center they transferred us from NIIT CHURCHGATE which was also a problem now it's over two months that we have not been able to give our second semester exam . and we cannot also complaint to the center head as she comes once in 3-4 Months according to the guard . as we want make our third semester started there is no GL, CENTER HEAD so whom to complaint i would like to have my money refund back as the sole purpose of doing the course as to be job ready along with the time college finishes is no more there they will finish this course by 2017 if they even to by this pace and my college would have been finished around 1 year earlier i am also not able to join any other course because of them as there is uncertainty as to when the course may start

i would like to have my fees refund as the sole purpose of doing this course is finished as this course would go on even two years after i would have finished my college and + the 1 year of internship and i also am not a resident of Mumbai so i will have to go back to my native place after my college is over which would incur extra money on rent

SO PLEASE I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUND BACK

i would like to have your advise if it is possible to get refund back as they also made a false promise to complete the course in 2 years and it is almost over and yet only half of it's portion is finished
