Dear sir
Myself traveled from JFK toDUB EI 104 DUB toAUH EY 42 on28th and 29th May 15 At DUB due to delay flight AUH to Mumbai and Mumbai to Chennai by jet Airways When I get down at Mumbai two bagged are missing .ThenI have given complaint at Membai At DUB they take the AUH to MAA boarding pass. I forgot ton to take the baggage tags at DUB After one week I got one baggage.then I have given the other baggage tag number to jet Airways MAA person .They given the tag number by mail to AUH and Mumbai The missing bagge tag number EI 862881.
I am the age of 72 years.Kindly trace the baggage.
