Complaint Details
I have purchased a term insurance and made the payment on 1st June 2015from HDFC. Today is 5th July. Already it is more than 1 month (25 working Days) still now I have not received the policy papers. I have made several follow up through mails. Also I have tried to connect with the Customer Care Executive. I have also lodged a complain (Complain No. 20150613251963) few days back regarding when I will be receiving the policy papers. It was committed that within 2-3 Days I will be connected by your department and the policy is in proposal stage. However no body connected. Today I called up the Customer Care Executive again to know the status of my policy. To my utter surprise and disappointment the same communication was repeated as earlier that All the documents are clear and medical test is also cleared and my policy is in proposal state.
I am literally dissatisfied with the kind of service provided by HDFC How can a private organization provide such pathetic and delayed services. I still do not understand how can the policy be in proposal stage even after 25 working Days when all the documents are clear and the medical test is clear.
Please do the needful ASAP.
